Can multiple discount codes be used at checkout?

No, like most stores, you cannot combine discounts.

Do you ship to other countries?

Yes. Please contact us. We are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as Customs can hang on to your package for reasons beyond our control.

How long will it take for me to receive my order once purchased?

All items are on a made-to-order basis. Each listing will have an average turn around time in the description. If turn around times are longer than described, a notice will be on your screen advising you of longer turn around times. Please consider this before making your purchase. Delivery times will depend on the options chosen at checkout. Please Note we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may have. However we will resolve any issues we can.

Can my order be Rushed?

If you need your item processed & shipped ASAP, please contact us prior to purchase. Once items are shipped, you will provided with a tracking number. It is the customers responsibility to track their orders.

Do you provide tracking info for packages?

Yes, every package will have a tracking number. Once the payment is accepted you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Once your item(s) is/are shipped you will be notified by email with your tracking number.

What do I do if I never receive my package?

Your tracking number will provide a date of delivery. If it is not received by then, please contact USPS at (800) ASK-USPS or USPS.com. Please Note we are not responsible for any delays the shipping carrier may have. However we will resolve any issues we can.

What if my package comes damaged?

We are committed to providing our customers with excellent customer satisfaction. Each package is carefully folded one by one and thoroughly inspected by an employee. As we don’t have robots and only human employees, we understand things can happen. We strive for excellence, however in the event this should happen, please contact us immediately, preferably the day you receive your order and we will advise you how we can handle the issue.

Do you accept returns?

Please contact us before returning any items. Items that are accepted for a return will be inspected upon receiving. If any signs of the item being used or worn are visible it, WILL BE REJECTED. NO RETURNS after 5 days of receiving your order. Receiving, refers to the date it was marked as delivered by your carrier or picked up locally.
